Brewed with our friends Oso Brewing Co, Madrid, Spain, this is a rich and delicate DIPA. 40% oats in the grist, the most we’ve ever packed into a DIPA. Extra Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Naked Oats and Wheat starts the beer with a smooth and slightly dry body.

Strata hops make up the majority of the dry hop bringing piles of fresh cut, crunchy pineapple and soft sweet, juicy and aromatic peach flavour backed up with Mosaic and Citra finishing each sip with clean pine, a touch of gentle spice, fizzy sherbet citrus zest and a zip of bitterness.
