This series of beers is inspired by over 100 breweries we’ve visited on the West Coast of the USA, and builds on the work of our modern classic Pale Ale SoCal.
On this second iteration, Yachats, we’ve used a classic Pilsner yeast strain to try and allow the hops to sing unhindered. Mosaic, Centennial and Columbus take the lead to give you a dank yet clean drinking experience.
From enjoying rich, malty and resinous beers brewed with classic English ale yeast, to the lightest and driest aromatic beers made with delicate yeast that barely shows up in the glass, we love it all!
