West Coast DIPA- Using a precise water profile for a clean base with a newer yeast, we hopped this one with a Mosaic Incognito and Strata hop bill. Theorem pours near clear with crisp body and bold hop profile. Like a well-tested hypothesis, each sip is bringing us dry flavours of pine, candied orange peel, and underripe pineapple with a touch of wintergreen all packed into an extremely drinkable finish with a subtle bitterness prepping you for the next sip.
