Following the classic Bianca Mango Lassi Gose with it’s clean flavor of freshly squeezed ripe mangos we found really fragrant, flavorful tangerines that we decided to double up on before balancing the flavors with milk sugar and a dash of rock salt. Soft, velvety liquid sunshine.
