You duck into your local and the bartender passes you a crisp, cold glass on this beer – a single-hopped Simcoe Double IPA. Dank, resinous and full-bodied with notes of citrus, pine, apricot and passionfruit from a huge dose of Simcoe cry hops. Bold, balanced and full of fruit character; we’re hitting right in 2021.
